JHPIEGO

Creative Visions has collaborated with Jhpiego, an international health organization affiliated with John Hopkins University, to create lessons about women and girls' health– the Jhpiego Changemakers Curriculum.

Check out this comprehensive program that introduces students to girls' and women's health issues, using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Sustainable Development Goals as guiding principles.

The curriculum incorporates Jhpiego's fieldwork and case studies and integrates Creative Visions Impact Education methodology. Students learn about global health issues and how to take action by leveraging the power of creative storytelling, the arts, and multimedia.

PROJECT HOME

Made possible by a grant from Newman’s Own Foundation, Project Home was created to help students understand the root causes of migration by taking them through the experiences of migrants and refugees as they leave one home to seek another.

At the heart of the lessons is the desire to foster empathy and to provide youths with the tools they need to welcome new members into their communities.
